We are happy to refund any Product purchased on our website from our collection, except customised pieces, within 14 days. Returned Products must be in the original condition with the original packaging.
We regret that we are unable to refund customised pieces.
Should a Product be deemed faulty, we will examine the fault and make any necessary repairs as soon as possible or re-create the piece for you or refund the amount paid for the Product.
To return a product, please contact us in the first instance at email@example.com to obtain a Product Returns Number (PRN), which you will need to send with the Product. A full refund will be made within 30 days from receipt of goods.
Please note that returned products must be in their original condition with the original packaging.
For our UK customers, the product will need to be returned within 14 days beginning the day the product was received. For our EU and international customers, Products will need to be returned within 21 days beginning the day the product was received.
We strongly recommend using tracked and signed for delivery services with reputable couriers as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
